PRIME
鍛Twenty-five grams whey isolate, 4g Wako, creatine monohydrate, citrulline malate, BCAA 2:1:1, and a measured electrolyte triad in 280ml chilled Bistrica. Cold-shaken, no sweetener, matcha-coloured. Post-workout fuel for the SIRO Boka 8am crowd, dosed by a chemist not a marketer.
PRIME closes a specific gap. SIRO Boka Place opens at 06:00 and runs CrossFit-format classes until 09:30 — at the end of the session the smoothie counter pours whey isolate into water and calls it recovery. Two hundred metres up the marina, three wellness cafes pour ceremonial matcha into oat milk and call it wellness. Neither serves the actual customer, who has just done forty-five minutes of front squats and needs measured aminos plus measured nootropics, not one or the other.
PRIME is explicitly not a protein bar liquefied. It is not a fitness smoothie. It is a measured pharmacological drink that happens to taste of matcha, dosed at the lower-end clinical range across creatine, citrulline, BCAA, and electrolytes — the same shelf the strength-and-conditioning literature operates from, not the supplement-store shelf. We use whey isolate (not concentrate, not blend) for the cleanest amino profile and zero lactose, sourced from the same Polish dairy line MantoCafe runs through. The vegan option (pea+rice 70/30, Sproud) is a one-tap swap on the order screen — same dose, same price, marginally chalkier mouthfeel which we disclose.
The matcha stays at 4g of Wako. We rejected the obvious move (drop to commodity culinary matcha to widen margin at this dose) because a customer crossing PRIME with MU on alternating days needs to taste the same leaf identity. Brand consistency is downstream of supply consistency.
The build.
- Whey protein isolatecold-cross-flow microfiltered, Polish dairy supplier (MantoCafe back-channel). Vegan swap: pea+rice 70/30 (Sproud).25000 mg
- Creatine monohydrateCreapure micronised, German pharmaceutical grade5000 mg
- Citrulline malate 2:1fermentation-derived, EU food grade1500 mg
- BCAA 2:1:1 (leucine/isoleucine/valine)fermentation-derived, vegan-source1500 mg
- 200mgSodium citrate— electrolyte, raises drink toward ~0.9% saline-equivalent
- 100mgPotassium citrate— electrolyte, intracellular balance
- 60mgMagnesium glycinate— electrolyte, low-GI-distress chelate
Combine 25g whey isolate, 4g Wako, 5g creatine, 1.5g citrulline malate, 1.5g BCAA, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium glycinate in stainless cocktail shaker. Add 280ml chilled Bistrica + ice. Hard-shake 30 seconds. Pour into PET. Optional 50ml oat splash floated on top for mouthfeel — default is no milk for clean amino absorption.
Vegetal matcha forward, faint dairy from whey, no sweetness on the nose.
Vegetal-protein note arrives together — the matcha and the whey integrate into a single savory front, no sugar to round it.
Electrolyte tang on the finish, slight mineral salt, BCAA bitter trailing edge.
Thicker than AOI from the protein load, but cold-shaken not blended — no milkshake density. A faint chalkiness from the creatine sits on the tongue for two seconds and clears.
The compounds. The mechanism. The dose-response.
Creatine monohydrate raises intramuscular phosphocreatine stores, accelerating ATP regeneration during high-intensity efforts under 30 seconds — Kreider 2017 ISSN position stand confirms 5g/day sustained dosing reaches saturation in ~28 days without loading. Citrulline malate is a nitric oxide precursor via the arginine pathway — Pérez-Guisado 2010 showed acute 8g pre-workout improved repetitions to failure on bench press; we dose lower (1.5g) for daily-driver sustainability. BCAA 2:1:1 delivers leucine at the 1g threshold required to trigger mTOR-mediated muscle protein synthesis. Electrolyte triad targets ~0.9% saline-equivalent for fast intestinal absorption per ACSM hydration guidelines.
Creatine 5g maintenance is the saturation dose post-loading; daily PRIME subscribers reach steady-state in 21-28 days without a loading phase. Citrulline 1.5g is below the acute-performance dose (6-8g) — this is intentional, daily-driver economics. BCAA 1.5g delivers ~750mg leucine, complemented by the 25g whey for total leucine ~3g per serving (above the 2.5g threshold for MPS).

Who orders this. When. Why.
Thirty-one, banking executive on extended Tivat sabbatical, finishes the 07:30 SIRO CrossFit class drenched and ravenous. PRIME is on standing daily delivery to the SIRO juice counter — he taps the QR code on the printed insert, walks out with the cold PET in hand. By 09:00 he is showered and back at his laptop. The drink is already absorbed.
Twenty-six, deckhand on a 60m yacht moored at Porto Montenegro, finishes the morning deck-wash workout the captain mandates before guests wake. PRIME drops at the crew gangway at 06:30 sharp via the daily yacht-crew run. Vegan swap (pea+rice) — he is one of three crew on the no-dairy route. Drinks it walking back to his cabin. He has done this every morning for 60 days.
Forty-two, expat trail runner, lives above Tivat, finishes the Vrmac peninsula descent on Saturday mornings. PRIME at the bottom of his driveway in the chilled MA7CHA delivery box. Citrulline window timed for the cool-down stretch, electrolyte triad addressing the 1.2L sweat loss measured on his last long-run protocol. He keeps a spreadsheet.
Where it comes from.
matcha terroirPerformance-grade Wako culinary — same Uji terroir as the rest of the lineup, but coarser stone-grind for higher dosing economy. We chose to keep Wako rather than drop to commodity matcha so the customer crossing PRIME with MU still tastes the same leaf identity. The 4g dose is high enough that finer grind would be wasted under the protein load.
adriatic elementsBistrica's electrolyte profile is naturally low-sodium and high-bicarbonate — we add the citrate triad to bring the drink to ~0.9% saline-equivalent for fast intestinal absorption. Whey isolate sourced from a Polish dairy supplier through the MantoCafe back-channel (cold cross-flow microfiltered, lactose under 1%). The vegan pea+rice 70/30 alternative is Sproud's protein line, EU-imported through the Trieste route the rest of our dry goods travel.

Late evening — the 120mg caffeine load disrupts sleep architecture if taken after 16:00. Not a substitute for actual rest day nutrition.
Dominika Miłobędzka stoneware gym mug, reinforced thick base, 400ml
PRIME is the only SKU that gets thrown into a gym bag. Dominika Miłobędzka fires this in a high-iron stoneware body with a reinforced 12mm base — survives a drop onto SIRO's polished concrete floor. The handle is oversized for grip with chalked hands. Matte exterior, satin interior.
Green oat-matcha base, 500mg lion's mane fruiting body, 100mg phosphatidylserine, 80mg Suntheanine, butterfly pea cold infusion floated as a cobalt halo through clear PET. The drink is the wordmark. You see #0000FF before you taste anything.
Two and a half grams of Wako, one hundred millilitres of soft water at seventy degrees, whisked to a pale jade foam and poured short into a transparent can. Nothing else, on purpose.
Four grams Wako, lion's mane fruiting body 8:1 at 750mg, KSM-66 ashwagandha, ALCAR, CDP-choline, 7,8-DHF (experimental BDNF-mimetic, disclosed), pterostilbene, MCT C8, L-theanine, 0.2g activated charcoal that turns the column teal-black through clear PET. The deepest stack on the menu. Engineer's SKU.
