BRIDGE is the SKU that solves MA7CHA's biggest revenue lever — yacht crew daily provisioning. A 30-meter motoryacht's interior team of 8 (chef, stewardesses, deck) drinks roughly 35-50 specialty beverages per week during summer charter season. Most yachts source from whatever marina cafe is closest and pay EUR 6-7 per drink retail. The crew chef does this manually every morning. It's a logistics problem dressed as a coffee order.
BRIDGE inverts the structure: one delivery per week, one invoice, seven cans per crew member, mixed pre-configured to cover the use cases (morning AOI, afternoon DRIFT, post-shift MU, captain's LAPIS, occasional JADRAN). At EUR 99 per 7-can pack against a EUR 14 per-drink retail equivalent (~EUR 98), the crew gets effectively 7-for-7 with zero marginal pricing — but they save the daily marina runs, the chef saves 30 minutes a day, the principal saves a line-item on the operating budget. We win on logistics consolidation and on locking the yacht in for the full charter season.
Why archived as concept: the unit economics work, but the operational requirements are non-trivial — 04:30 prep, 06:00 dock-side delivery, dedicated marina cooler bag, single point-of-contact crew chef, weekly invoice via Mollie. We need to validate this with three early-adopter yachts in summer 2026 (Restaurant One's chef has connections to two captains we are pre-pitching) before scaling. Tier ladder: BRIDGE-S (3-can pack, EUR 55, 1-2 person crew), BRIDGE-M (7-can pack, EUR 99, standard 8-person crew interior), BRIDGE-L (15-can pack, EUR 180, full deck + interior 14-person crew). DAILY7 sub-brand August 2026 may absorb BRIDGE if it tests well.

BRIDGE delivers MA7CHA's full functional profile across a 7-day window — L-theanine and matcha caffeine from 6 of 7 cans, lion's mane cumulative dose ~1100mg per week (within the 2g maintenance zone studied for cognitive support), KSM-66 single-dose ashwagandha for the captain's KOAN day, ALCAR/CDP-choline cognitive substrate. The pack is designed for daily-drinker maintenance pharmacology rather than acute clinical loading. A crew working 14-hour charter days needs the relaxed-alertness profile, not the activation profile — BRIDGE leans toward AOI weighting deliberately.

For BRIDGE-L season subscribers (4-month minimum), Dominika Miłobędzka will hand-make a set of 8-15 crew tumblers with the yacht's name in cobalt slip on the base. Returned at season end to the yacht as a takehome. Adds EUR 480 to season billing. Five yachts have pre-expressed interest based on the BRIDGE pitch deck.
